| "Women Who Rock" Concert Event - ALL AGES SHOW!
Hey All:
Just in case you have not heard, three bands (MAGNAPOP, NINA REPETA {formerly of Dawson’s Creek], and Hope For Agoldensummer) are getting together to lend their support to raise awareness for a very worthy cause -- Women's Heart Health Issues.
The “Women Who Rock” Concert will benefit The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease (Womenheart.org).
The Concert will be held on Sunday September 25, 2005, beginning at 05:00 PM EDT and it is being held at the Carolina Theatre, Fletcher Hall, Durham, NC.
It is a beautiful old theater with excellent acoustics that has been restored to its original splendor by the City of Durham, NC.
Durham has ample municipal parking, good restaurants, and lodging available for those attending the concert event (see http://www.durham-cvb.com for further information).
