Hopefully 2007 will be my year, I'm in my 2 week wait untill I can do a test at the moment so you never know. It's all a bit more positive now as I went for an ultrsound scan on 5th Jan which basically showed my 'bits' are working as they should, ie: I'm def ovulating etc...... but it's a gamble as to whether the baby will be without a chromosome disorder hence the PGD, but my hubby & I have decided to carry on normally aswell as our daughter is fine so the next one could be too. I will obviously let you all know as soon as I do. In the mean time, my fingers are crossed.  1/9/2007 4:28 AM    DCgurl18 1968 posts just to let u know i have some sort of chromosome disorder...u see when i was a baby i wasnt developing properly so my parents had some tests done and it turned out that i had a chromosome missing but theres nothing they could do to fix it but i turned out pretty normal if i do say so myself.....the reason why im telling this very personal story is to tell u and let u know that just bc ur baby might have a chromosome disorder it doesnt really determine how that kid will be when its all grown up! but my fingers are crossed!!  1/15/2007 5:14 PM    Halfpint 432 posts Thanks for sharing DCgurl, I know how hard it is to open up like that. My hubby & I are trying naturally as our daughter is fine so there's a chance the next one will be too but PGD is there aswell should that not work.
