| I saw the pilot online about six months ago, and then watched it on TV last week. The version on TV was slightly different than the online one, and that's a good thing. It cut out a subplot about a threesome between, I think, the mayor, his wife, and another guy -- something like that. It felt completely tacked on.
I like the show, and I'm intrigued, but I think I like it because it's from Kevin Williamson and because I like the leads not because I actually enjoyed the episode that much. It had some good moments, and I'm definitely intrigued by the ending, but some of it didn't quite add up for me, namely the running through the sprinklers bit.
The dialogue had an element of Creek to it, but it wasn't quite there, and it's missing the wit of something like The O.C., even though I'm hoping the show isn't simply just trying to combine Dawson's and The O.C.
There's a lot of potential, and I hope The CW gives it a fair shot. |

| Hi yeah Im alive, but my girlfriend tivod it and at 3 in the morning I wached it, and I liked it, it was some oc, with some dawsons creek thrown in and dare I say a little Buffy the vampire slayer, anyways loved the leading lady, the main dude is descent but no pacey or even dawson but you still should know that I will unfortunatly be waching next week, terribly sad yeah I know but thats what you get when you live with a girlfriend who is addicted the the latest teen soap
