I've been watching all my DC dvd's again & I've just finished season 3. It never ceases to amaze me how much this program can still engage me in such a way that I STILL cry along with it, laugh along with it & feel what the characters are feeling. Never has a show affected me this much. It is my escapisim  & in a way how I wish my life to be, I get totally lost in it. LONG LIVE DAWSONS CREEK, let's keep it alive people!!!

omg yall just reading that saying from the show that andy posted got me choked up....and i totally agree with what ILPF sed about how no other show has captured my attention like DC did...I mean i LIKE other shows...dont get me wrong but nothing has or had the same inpact like DC did...i dont know why but i think it has to do with the fact i was about 2 yrs younger then the characters were and like ilpf sed too it was kind of how i wanted life to be.....and the show also reminds me of a time when life wasnt so complicated and busy...when i would come home from school and do my HW while watching tv..lol (i know i know bad me) a time when i could just chill.

But i mean even after 5 yrs of it being off the air  i still find myself thinking about it or saying certain lines from the show. and whenever i see a person who played someone on DC i always think for example Hey its gretchen! then i have to say no its the person who played gretchen....lol.but yea i think its amazing how we all are still here and talking about DC like it was still on....i love DC!! i think its about time for me to watch them again too .....ill have loads of time for the next 2 weeks while im recovering from my surgery im having on Monday! DC marathon time!!!
