| There's no one on television who is better fit for a role than Hugh Laurie is for House. There are characters that you can't imagine being played by anyone else but you know that they could. House isn't one of them. He's absolutely amazing.
The best thing about the show is that they developed a formula for the show so that the audience could get comfortable and get to know the characters. Then toward the end, they slowly changed the style and branched out into different storytelling methods. The episode Three Stories, where House gives a lecture at the med school, was brilliant writing. |
