Joey: Pace! Pace! Are you there?
Pacey: I thought that I made it pretty clear that I wanted you to leave.
Joey: Pace, just listen to me, for a minute.
Pacey: Jo, I’ve been listening to you for my whole life. You’ve always been in my ear in one way or another.
Joey: Just shut up and listen Pacey, for once I don’t want to talk about us. I want to talk about you and Andie.
Pacey: There is no me and Andie anymore.
Joey: Don’t be stupid Pacey; there has always been you and Andie. Of all the women who have walked in and out of your life, none of them have been your Andie, not even me.
Pacey: Jo….
Joey: (places her hand over Pacey’s mouth) Ok you mister are listening now, so shut up!!
Pacey: Go on….
Joey: The reason that Andie didn’t tell you was because she loves you just as much as you love her, and there was no way she could stand ever ever disappointing you.
Pacey: I just can’t understand why.
Joey: Because Pacey, you never ever once disappointed her.
Pacey: And how do you know all this Joey, why now come across all virtuous and pure now? Do you know what Andie’s thinking?
Joey: She told me so herself, oh Pacey you’re an idiot, all she wants and all she has ever wanted is you. …..That and for me to leave Capeside and you for good. I told Andie everything that happened, everything Pace and she was angry and hurt, but she can forgive you, as long as I’m not here anymore. So go on Pacey, go back to your wife, go back, make your life and I promise to stay away. I have to find my own life now and I think that maybe I cant do that as long as I stay here and continue belonging to you and Dawson. I think maybe its time for someone else to own me.
Joey picks up her bag, heads to the door
Joey: See ya Pace!
She closes the door behind her on Pacey and on Capeside.
