Setting: Capeside,Mass
The Story: 18 months after Jen’s death. The Kid of the Creek will lose a loved one, find a loved one and replace a loved one. I am bringing back my favourite characters and seeing what happens now that the kids have “matured”

Prologue
“Mr Maxwell in Room 5 needs an x-ray, like now.” shouted Andie McPhee
“Yes Doctor” said the nurse in charge
Andie attempted to ignore the pain, as it shot up the back of her legs and she slowly rubbed at her forehead where she could feel the beginning of a head ache.
This was her 21st hour at work, she was forever pulling long hours at the hospital and rarely did she find the time to shop or rest, let alone date. But she knew that she had a career that was fulfilling despite its drawbacks.
Suddenly Andie was pulled out of her retrospective day dream but a ward orderly.
“There’s a new patient in Room 12 for you to see Dr McPhee.”
“Thanks Grant” mumbled Andie
She trudged down the hall clipboard in hand, knowing that the end of her shift was near. She rounded the corner to Room 12 and saw about the last person she expected to be in the bed.
Her skin was pale and her arms gaunt, she seemed, even at a glance to be struggling to keep conscious. Tears welled in Andie’s eyes as she looked at the frail, fragile and old woman who lay in the bed in front of her.
“Mrs Ryan?” Andie said quietly

“And Cut!” called Dawson Leery as his finale scene for the day wrapped shooting.
“Nice job everybody” he called “See you all bright and early tomorrow morning”
Dawson closed his story boarding folder and slowly lay his head in his hands, suddenly his assistant Nina tapped him on the shoulder”
”Sorry Dawson, but your days not quite over yet.” Nina began
“Yeah I know” said Dawson “Readers Digest, Entertainment Weekly, Variety?” he questioned
“Boston Globe” Nina replied
“Ohhh the Globe” replied Dawson sarcastically, “I love when they send those blond, stupid, wanna be actress types, who gush about my coming of age drama that tugs heart strings and bonds generations.”
“Actually I prefer a wildly over narrated teen soap, which will remain one of the greatest tragedies of American television history” said a voice from behind
Dawson wheeled around “Gretchen?” she said
“Hey Dawson!”

“Bread?” inquired Joey
“Yep!” replied Pacey
“Well you surprise me Pace, I mean I didn’t even realise that you knew HOW to get to the supermarket, let alone find the bread and avoid the children’s novelties section” retorted Joey
“I’ll have you know” started Pacey, wrapping his arms around Joey from behind “I am an excellent shopper and homemaker Ms Potter.”
“Ok well Mr Super shopper, lets keep going or we will never get home tonight. Here you push” Joey said, angling the trolley in Paceys general direction.
They rounded the corner of the aisle, just as Pacey crashed into an oncoming shopper.
“Oh dude, I’m so sorry” said Pacey barely glancing at the shopper.
But Joey stopped dead in her tracks “Eddie?” she said surprised.
