| Weekend Away part 1.
A week had passed since the night of friday the 13ths pranks and everyone was enjoying the time there were getting to speand with each other joey was able to take some time off because of how well the books were saleing so her boss felt she could use the time off before her next projects started, Andie had stayed for that weekend then had to return to her hospital, dawson and grecthen had made paceys couch there own personel retreat, while pacey and joey spent many of the days just siting on the beach, the four of them eat dinner at the ice house every night but during the day while pacey was at work gretchan and joey would go shoping and hanging out leaving dawson to hang out with lilly and gale and his new step father. wednesday night at the ice house while they sat around drinking afew glasses of wine and talking pacey leaned back in his chair and begain to rub his chin.
Pacey: You know i just realised that this might be the last time we are all together and we should do somthing..
Joey:( puting her hand on his knee) like what pace?
Pacey: I dont know go some where get out of capside for the weekend
Gretchen: You mean like back to new york?
Pacey: ( scretching his head) no some place quite and dare i say romantic
Dawson:( noding his head) Not a bad idea pace, any place in mind?
Joey: Romantic huh? ( she looked to gretchan and they shared a smile)
Pacey: ( he almost feel out of his chair when the idea hit him) i know there's this nice quite place and its only afew hours from here we could be there by tommrow night.
Joey: Are you sure?
Pacey: yeah it was peaceful and the people there were really nice and im sure we could get a nice cabin by the lake
( dawson and gretchan shared a look and both of the shurged) why not
The four of them talked about it alittle more and decided they would leave eairly the next morning. they went back to paceys place and started packing up there clothes and things they would need. pacey figured they could stop on the way for food and other stuff. they only got to sleep afew hours because pacey woke them all up at four am. as dawson joey and gretchan slowly made there way into the liveing room they were greeted by a smileing pacey
Pacey: Good morning happy campers the trucks allready packed and ready ive already made a quick breakfest
Dawson: ( even tho his eyes were still half way open he managed to give pacey a questioning look) Pace did you even sleep last night?
Joey: ( she too seemed to have the same look on her face) I dont remember you getting out of bed
Pacey: Chop chop lets eat so we can get on the road.. |
