| During the spring semester I took a course and I always got home around 9:00. There was a show on one of the Sci-Fi channel called "Mad, Mad House". Now, normally I am not into Sci-Fi, but this show was too intriguing to pass up. It was a reality based show (though I am not sure how much of it was staged) where they placed "normal" people in a home with "alternative" people, or "alts" as they were referred to. There was a naturalist, a modern primative, a voodoo priestess, a vampire and a witch. Each week, the "normal" people would have to complete a series of tasks. The goal was to let one's self go, and become accepting of different people and lifestyles. "Normals" would be eliminated when they did not seem to be making changes for the better.
While the show was a little odd at times, it held my interest and I couldn't wait to see what would happen next. I am not sure if they are planning to do another season, but if they do, I'll definitely be there to see it.
I give it *2* Pacey Witter thumbs up. |
