Sorry Andie, I was going for a Witter like fashionably late, yet still slightly on the slacker side entrance. I think I missed the fashionably late part, but nailed being a slacker when it came to showing up on the P/A thread.
So without further ado I am here to talk about my personal favorite couple on the creek. Pacey and the ever hyper and extremely gorgeous Andrea McPhee. So for this brief entry into my love of all things P/A I will state on of my many reasons for my beliefe in these two wonderful young love birds.
Now I am going to steal a line from Pacey here. From You had me at goodbye. He was telling Andie how her always optimistic attitude would be dearly missed around the creek. Well while they were dating, the 2 of them had the same " Life is good until proven crap attitude." I mean even Pacey became a true outright optimist for awhile. He believed everything in the world could work out for the better. He even made helped Dawson believe that he and joey belonged together even after one of their many break ups and the Dawson just had to hang in there.
That is all for my P/A entry for the day. Please come again as I furthmore go into detail of the relationship that is P/A. Next lesson. The banter between the Black sheep, and the not so Spoiled Princess. Why it works, and how even you can master the wit. |

| Thank you AK!!! Now its my turn...
Its my belief that Pacey and Andie were the only true soulmates on DC. To put it in the thoughts of Dawson Leery himself... A soulmate isn't someone who make you become a better person, you do that yourself, because they inspire you.
Andie and Pacey inspired each other, to take things as they came and to support and love each other. And Pacey was made a better person BECAUSE of Andie and of what their time together meant to him.....
Thats my two cents... back to Pacey... I mean AK!! |

| As per my statements before. I am going to discuss, witty banter between the alocated black sheep, and the not so spoiled princess. Otherwise know as the beging of a fine hate, hate relationship that later blossomed into, (and this is my personal opinion.) a love that was unequalled, P/A.
Now we all know Pacey was never short of quick sarcastic quips, and that the more athority you had, or infuance in his life, the more he would unabashedly use these. Also it is well known that Pacey and Joey, were all ways quick to banter back and forth. Theirs however was of a differant quality. Pacey and Joey had always been friends. I mean granted they were best friends, but they were friends from the begining. So the back and forth sarcastic nature was at first amusing, and friendly undertoned. It was of good natured humor, still slighty hurtfull, and funny.
Pacey and Andie on the other hand. Theirs was born of true and unmistakable utter dislike for the other person. Andie disliked Pacey for pulling a fast one on her, and causing her to freak out about hitting a cop. Pacey's dislike was pure dispise of the rich and fortunate, who got away with anything. Granted Pacey was in the wrong at the tie of the acciden. None the less it laid the foundation for true enemy status to develope between the two of them.
After Andie found out, their banter was then ased on one upsmanship. Great lead into the natural 3rd grade phsycology of the more you like someone the more you tease them and pick on them. So as their dislike turned into understanding, their banter turned more friendly as was Pacey, and Joey's, but it had that element of underlying denial of feelings, and I remember who you used to be and wont take any slack from you type attitude.
So I say P/A banter was much more clever quick, and believable then that of P/J. So if you want good back and forth, take lessons from The aloocaded Black Sheep, and The not so Spoiled Princess.
Now back to the Spoiled Princess, I mean Andie. |

| hey boy hey girl superstar dj heeeeeere we go
in my opinion Pacey and Andie were the most influential and lovable couple on the show. their relationship was utterly selfless and they loved eachother without restraints. they were both messed up in their own way but together they made sense. I may be eccentric but I believe that any non-triangle experience was extremely beneficial for Pacey, and Andie def. spoke his language ("dancing could possibly be really great foreplay"). it's the feeling when you're absolutely frightened because someone has such an impact on your life and when you know they've become this huge part of you and they make you want to be a better person, when you beg them to choose you, but have to let them go, even though you love them with all your heart, thats what Pacey and Andie are all about.
