| [quote:3e380b7337="Sugarless"]You gonna tell us why? Is it to prove it wasn't really there with them or what?[/quote:3e380b7337]
uhh I just didn't like Pacey and Audrey together. But yeah to prove that he wasn't as into her as she was into him. I have said time and time again, the writers have missed out some great dramatic material.
Pacey/Joey angst after their break up
Pacey dealing with a D/J reunion
Joey dealing with Pacey sleeping with Audrey
Audrey finding out the depth of the P/J relationship
Audrey and Joey openly fighting about Pacey - cuz you know that was why they were estranged in season 6.
Audrey finding out about the mini P/J reunion
This list is sadly getting really long. Thank goodness for fan fiction. |

| I totally agree, there was so much more the writers could've explored, i would have loved to see Audrey and Joey openly argue about Pacey that would ahve been awsome!!!.
About the Alex thing, I'm actually glad Pacey didn't sleep with her in the end, I know it was because she stopped it and not him but it kind of made him a bit stronger, I'm glad he wasn't weak enough to totally succum to her seduction farse. |

| But you know.............I think the writer's probably KNEW that they couldn't explore those things where Pacey and joey were involved. Why?
Because they were a wildly successful coupling with the viewers. The only problem was that the show was going to lose it's edge. It was going to be too hard to keep them as a couple without letting the show get boring. So they broke them up. Next step. If you start looking into DJ and have Pacey get involved............do you think the viewers would EVER have accepted Joey moving on KNOWING that it upset Pacey. Hell, no. They would have to reunite them or ruin the shows integrity.
Same thing with Audrey and Pacey, although why they ever went into this relationship is anybody's guess, unless it was to prove to us out here that Pacey DID move on and Joey in turn must have since she didn't react. But anyway, same thing............Joey reacts and we have instant Pacey/Joey relationship and the show needed to get past them whether we wanted it to or not. |
