And the word is it will be taken off the air completely soon. According to TBS... -the show MIGHT be phased out b/c the license TBS has for the show could expire soon (let's hope someone else picks the show up if this is the case) Sad....  9/21/2007 8:25 AM    grehoun 1558 posts Is there something about having it on the air vs the complete DVD set, that makes watching it different? (yeah, if you don't have the DVD's) right ? NOOOO!!!! I have noticed that when I get up to go to my 9 am class on Tuesdays that DC hasn't been on, (that's when I get my DC fix) but I never thought it was something this serious!!!!!!!! When I read the title of the thread I was totally taken aback!! And no one is going to be watching at 5 am!!! That's crazy!!!!!! Is there anything we could do like a petition or something to keep it on the air?? (I mean not on the air but keep it on reruns) And even though I have all the DVDs I like hearing the original songs in the episodes!!!! Also if they have an issue with the "license" they should have it renewed or something. It's always something to do with the license like the music being chagned was because of a license isses and now this UGH!! Sorry I'm just soo pissed!! Thanks for letting me vent!!  9/27/2007 5:14 AM    Imissjen 291 posts I also like the fact that I am watching it with 1000's of DC fans and i feel part of something bigger, when I plug in my DVD's I feel alone when watching. Plus the original music for me is better. But I have mellowed in my opinion on that. I do think the music of the time was purfect for the show, hard to find as many good songs today to match the soundtrack.
