"But then the British government enacted a new tax incentive for moviemakers, and Allen decided to go back across the Channel - before he'd even left. The prolific septuagenarian is now set to shoot his new picture - with Michelle Williams and DavidKrumholtz - in London beginning in June. The plot? Then there was a report that it was cancelled and that instead Allen would make a different movie with a different cast. Now there are reports that while the movie will not be shot in Paris, essentially the same story, with the same stars, will be shot in London. We probably will not know for sure for a while.
