I think Michelle refused to take pics with fans at that moment because she's incredibly shy and was probably overwhelmed by it all, hence why she clinged to Heath. And why she didn't even take any by herself. And she was probably tired that night as well. As she should be with a baby at home and lots of public events to attend right after the other. I think it was very nice of her to at least stop and sign autographs. That alone proves she appreciates her fans, I think. :D
